Terms of Use

You pay once. You can use the version you bought, and every update released in the following year, on up to 2 Macs, for as long as you like.
Hoardless moves files to the Trash by default and shows you every path before it does. You are still responsible for what you choose to remove.
Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Axl Cuyugan, Zamboanga City 8000, Philippines ("we"). Polar sells Hoardless as merchant of record, so their terms also apply to the purchase itself.
Trial
You can use every feature free for 14 days. After the trial, scanning, the Storage Map, Time Range, Unused and the MCP server keep working for free. Reclaiming space needs a license.
Your license
- A license lets you use Hoardless on up to 2 Macs that you own or control.
- It is perpetual: the versions you are entitled to keep working after your updates period ends.
- It includes every update released during the 12 months after purchase. You can renew updates for another year for $19, or not.
- It is for you, not for resale. Teams that need more Macs can email us.
You may not resell, sublicense, or share license keys publicly, or remove or work around the license check. You may not reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
What the software does to your files
Hoardless only removes items that you select in a reclaim plan, after showing you each path and size. It moves them to the Trash by default and records them in an undo log. Permanent delete is opt-in. Some items are marked destructive, such as Docker's disk image; Hoardless describes what you lose and asks for a separate confirmation.
Keep backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. Hoardless AI and the MCP server can read and preview, but neither can remove anything.
No warranty
Hoardless is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines and the consumer laws of the country you live in.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of Hoardless, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the license
If you break these terms we may revoke your license after telling you why. If you get a refund, the license is deactivated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes go to the courts of Zamboanga City, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to use your own courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the update; the terms you bought under keep applying to your license.
