Refund Policy

If Hoardless is not for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No form, no questions.

How to ask

Email support@hoardless.app from the address you bought with, or include your order number. That is all we need.

What happens next

We approve the refund within 5 business days.
Polar, our merchant of record, returns the money to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Your license key is deactivated. Scanning and the other free features keep working.

Renewals

Update renewals ($19 per year) are covered by the same 30-day guarantee, counted from the renewal date. Refunding a renewal ends that year of updates; the versions you already had keep working.

After 30 days

We do not normally refund after 30 days. If something is wrong, email us anyway. Your rights under local consumer law are not affected by this policy. If you live in the EU or UK, your statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase is also unaffected; our 30-day window is longer than the 14 days the law requires.

Who handles payment

Polar sells Hoardless on behalf of Axl Cuyugan and handles payments, taxes and refunds.
